Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen plant native to temperate regions of the Mediterranean. Even in ancient Greece, rosemary was considered a valuable spice and offering to the gods. Rosemary oil, obtained by steam distillation, has a spicy, refreshing scent and contains pinene isomers and camphor as its main components.

Bionutra Organic Rosemary Oil is obtained purely naturally through the distillation of organic rosemary. This process, which is carried out without the use of chemicals, gives the product its organic food-grade quality.

Traditional rosemary oils are used in aromatherapy, as an ingredient in massage oils, or in skin and hair care. The scent promotes concentration, while the oil can soothe the skin and support scalp circulation for fuller hair growth.

Our rosemary oil can also be taken orally, for example as a seasoning for salads or drinks, as it is produced under food quality criteria.

Pure essential oil of rosemary leaves and flowers (Rosmarinus Officinalis)

50 ml of rosemary oil corresponds to approximately 1700 drops

Flowering parts of rosemary (leaves and flowers) were extracted by steam distillation. 1-3% of the total weight of rosemary essential oil was obtained.

The dosage of rosemary oil depends on several factors, including the intended use and individual tolerance.
It is important to note that rosemary oil should only be taken diluted, preferably in quantities like a spice.
