Yes, all of our products are certified organic and manufactured in facilities with controlled quality standards. Our capsule products are exclusively manufactured in Germany (Made in Germany). The recommended dosage has been carefully selected to minimize potential side effects. If you have never taken a product before, please start with a lower dose to give your body more time to adjust.

During the manufacturing process, the best-before date and batch number are laser-printed onto the bottom of the can. Since the can surface is relatively smooth, some of the ink can sometimes come off due to friction. However, we have all best-before dates and batch numbers on file and can retrieve the correct dates if needed.

Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend taking the capsules with food. Generally, the capsules are better digested if you don't just swallow them on an empty stomach. It's also perfectly fine to take fewer than 5-6 capsules a day.

While the folding boxes and package inserts look better, they produce additional unnecessary waste. We believe this is unsustainable, which is why we have consciously decided against it.

Our products generally have a shelf life of at least 1 year, often 2 years. They should be stored in a dark, cool place.
