How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?

You have a full 30 days to test the product. If it doesn't fully meet your expectations, we'll take it back without hesitation. Simply return the product to us and we'll refund the full purchase price (including shipping costs). However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs .

We always strive to be fair and transparent with our customers. That's why we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. You can open and test the products. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them. This already offers a right of withdrawal that's unusual in this product category.

Furthermore, and due to the EU-wide location of our customers, we cannot issue a free return label. We ask for your understanding that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Once you send us an email with the shipment confirmation , we can process your full refund. Otherwise, the refund will be processed once the shipment has been received by us.
